How does Digital differ from the marketplace pillars?
Digital is run as a managed service rather than a self-serve catalogue. You brief us on a goal, we run search, social and programmatic against it. Same single planner on the line, weekly reporting, monthly optimisation.
Can I run Digital alongside marketplace mediums?
Yes. The same planner co-ordinates marketplace bookings (audio, video, press, OOH) with the digital campaign. One team, one weekly report, one monthly optimisation cycle.
How long from booking to live?
Audio and OOH typically go live in one to two weeks. Press and video can run two to four weeks depending on title close-dates and creative spec. Digital launches inside seven working days of brief approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay for bookings up to £15k. Standing order, PO and invoice for everything above. Net-30 terms available on request after the first booking.
What creative format do I need to supply?
Each placement lists its spec on the line. Audio takes MP3 or WAV. Video takes MP4 master. Press takes CMYK PDF. OOH varies per placement. Upload at the point of booking or after.
Can I cancel or change a booking after I place it?
Yes, up until the cancellation window stated on each placement (typically 7 to 14 days before live). Inside the window we re-credit the spend against any other live placement.
How do I know my campaign actually ran?
Every live spot, panel and page is logged with timestamp, location, and screenshot where the format allows. The proof-of-posting file lands in your inbox within working days of go-live.
What happens if my creative is rejected?
We flag spec issues at upload, before billing. If the owner rejects creative post-approval (rare), we either re-run the slot at no charge or credit the spend.
Do you offer creative production?
Yes, through our in-house studio. Audio spots from £350, single-format display and OOH adapts from £180 per asset. Brief us on the line.
Can I run the same campaign across multiple countries?
Yes. The catalogue lets you stack placements across the active markets onto a single PO. The same planner co-ordinates the buy and reporting end-to-end.
What's the minimum spend?
From the price of one line, typically £200 to £600 for a single audio spot or press insert. No annual commit, no scale floor.
Do you sell programmatic, or only direct?
Both. The marketplace publishes direct deals at fixed rates. The digital practice runs PMP and open-exchange programmatic alongside, with full transparency on fees and impressions.
