Most agency engagements are open-ended. You sign a 12-month retainer, hope the work shows up, and have an awkward conversation in month 4 when it isn't.

A Sprint is different. We pick 2-4 focus areas (your choice, from a menu of 5), we ship working systems inside 90 days, and we hand you a performance report at the end. You decide if we continue.

Paid upfront. Milestone billing (50% on signature / 25% at day 45 / 25% on delivery) available on request if your procurement requires it. Everything we build is yours regardless of whether you continue.

By day 75 we'll both know whether Partnership is the right next step. By day 90 you have either a finished project or the first month of an ongoing one.

Sprint frequency rule

Maximum 1 Sprint per client per 12 months. If you want continued execution after a Sprint ends, the path forward is Partnership. Sprint is a discrete 90-day project, not a recurring product.

What's not included

Honest boundaries.

  • Paid media spend itself. You fund Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn directly. We manage; we do not mark up.
  • Creative production at scale. Ad copy and basic creative variation included; high-end video, photo shoots, original brand asset production sourced separately.
  • Disclosed supplier relationships. Same policy as everywhere else.
  • Post-sprint support beyond 30-day handover. Unless you sign a Partnership, support ends at day 120.
  • Refunds. Sprint is fixed-scope, fixed-fee. Payments are non-refundable once work starts.

Why pay upfront?
Cash discipline. Sprint is fixed-scope, fixed-fee. The default is 100% upfront because the cleanest engagements are the ones where billing isn't a recurring conversation. Milestone billing (50/25/25) is available when corporate procurement requires it. The floor is 50% upfront on signature, below that we route the prospect to an Audit.
What if I want only one focus area?
That's not a Launch Sprint, that's a custom project, and it's not on our stack. Route to an Audit if you want to identify the single highest-leverage area first.
What's the difference between Launch and Growth, really?
Two focus areas vs four. Weekly 30-min check-ins vs bi-weekly 60-min sessions. Launch fits one channel + one supporting system; Growth fits a full-funnel push.
Can I extend the Sprint?
No. Sprint is fixed at 90 days. If you want continued work, that's a Partnership.
What happens at day 75?
A standing 30-min conversation: do we both want to continue? If yes, we scope a Partnership tier and start day 91. If no, we wrap into the day 90 debrief and you keep everything we built.
Can I add a focus area mid-sprint?
Change orders are possible at +$5K per additional focus area, scoped to remaining sprint time.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
We guarantee delivery against scope. We do not guarantee specific metric outcomes, anyone who does is lying. We guarantee the systems will be live, the dashboards will be running, and the team will know how to use them.
Why is there a 12-month rule between Sprints?
Sprint is a discrete project, not a recurring service. Anyone buying 2+ Sprints a year is functionally on Partnership with worse economics, for both of us. If you want what Sprint delivers but ongoing, sign Partnership.
