The 150 times per hour plan runs a 6-second spot 150 times every hour on all 13 boards, with up to two artworks. The 25 times per hour plan runs a 6-second spot 25 times every hour, with one artwork. The owner guarantees 90% of the total broadcast number.
Additional artworks are JPY 30,000 each. English-language creative is accepted, and finished artwork is due five business days before the campaign starts. Creative is silent and six seconds long, designed to be read by drivers in slow traffic.
