How quickly do you reply?
Inside one working day. Most briefs sent before 11:00 BST get a reply the same afternoon, with a named planner attached and an opening view on lead times.
Who actually replies to my brief?
A senior planner with category and market experience. Not a junior triaging on behalf of someone else, and not a sales chatbot. Whoever picks up your brief is the person who builds the proposal and runs the campaign.
Which markets and channels do you cover?
Every market across MENA, Europe and North America. Audio, Video, Press, OOH and Digital, with published reach metrics and fixed pricing.
Is there a minimum spend?
No floor on the catalogue side. Single-placement bookings start under £2k. For managed paid-search and paid-social retainers we work with £15k per month and up.
Can you handle creative as well as media?
We don't pitch creative work, but we have vetted studios in every market we cover and can introduce them. The brief stays with us either way.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to. We use a one-page mutual NDA by default. If you need yours instead, send it with the brief.
